MANY STORIES LIVE BETWEEN THE NOTES OF A SONG. BEFORE BECOMING SOUND, A SPARK IS BORN FROM AN INTUITION, A MEMORY, AN ENCOUNTER, OR SOMETHING MYSTERIOUS KNOCKING AT THE DOOR OF THE HEART.
TOGETHER WITH MY FRIEND ERIKA, WITH WHOM I HAVE WOVEN SOME OF THESE SONIC JEWELS, I WISH TO SHARE WITH YOU A FEW FRAGMENTS OF THEIR JOURNEY, SO THAT YOU MAY COME EVEN CLOSER TO THE ESSENCE OF THESE SONGS AND TO THE BREATH THAT BROUGHT THEM INTO BEING.
The music album OSA VIVERE is a hymn to the Feminine principle present within every human being, whether female or male: a principle expressed through receptivity — the ability to receive an intuition from the right hemisphere of our brain, to welcome without conflict, without merely enduring, and to act in connection with the receptive part of the heart, which leads us to evolve.
This album is an invitation to listen to the Heart and to feel what is taking place within our Being through the music and the words of each individual song. It is an invitation to allow ourselves to enter the flow of our own feeling, trusting our inner Voice, whether intuitive, imaginative or embodied.
OSA VIVERE is dedicated to those who feel, or wish to feel, a gentle yet powerful, luminous and healing force in connection with the Universe. It is a call to remember that the Feminine part within each of us is not passivity, fragility or invisibility, but a creative source, deep and silent listening, Love for oneself and for others, generating a further flow of Love.
OSA VIVERE means: dare to feel, dare to love who you are exactly as you are, dare to be who you are exactly as you are, dare to live who you are exactly as you are.
1. OSA VIVERE
In 2025, two dear friends of mine, Mariella Calcagno and Donatella Marchioro, invited me to take part in a women’s event they were organising, asking me to contribute through my singing to help elevate the frequency of the gathering.
The event already carried a title filled with strength and meaning: OSA VIVERE (“Dare to Live”). Their intention was to awaken in every participant that divine spark dwelling deep within, reminding each woman of the courage to dare, to recognise her gifts and to allow her talents to blossom fully.
I embraced this invitation with joy, and in the months leading up to the event this song was born from my Heart: first as a gentle breath, gradually taking shape as a vibrant, rhythmic melody, accompanied by words that flowed spontaneously, almost as if following the very breath of inspiration itself.
While sharing my musical joys with my beloved friend Erika, I confided to her that the song was still missing the words for the third verse and asked whether she would like to complete it. She gladly accepted. From that simple gesture emerged a perfect union of music and words, just as so often happens between Erika and me: a creative meeting woven from listening, affinity and deep resonance.
The song was premiered live in September 2025 at a hotel in Abano Terme, where around thirty women — the participants of the event — sang it together for the very first time.
In that moment, this music became a shared voice, a common breath, a collective vibration.
Today, we offer this song to everyone with the intention of kindling within your Heart the spark of Life: the true spark, the powerful spark, the one that is simply waiting to be recognised, loved and finally lived to its fullest.

When I received Elena’s invitation to complete the song, I said to myself: “Erika, better late than never... dare to write!”
The opening of the song and its words touched something deep within me, awakening that childlike part that, like all children, simply wants to play with life — to experience it and to discover itself through the joy of exploration, without expectations... without overthinking.
Yet as we grow older, thinking often begins to overshadow feeling, leading us to dare less and less.
So, through the eyes of a grown woman, I wanted the closing words of the third verse to offer encouragement: to move beyond our perceived limits, to return to the spontaneity of joyful action, and to remember that LOVE carries within itself the strength of the sea — a force powerful enough to truly inspire us to DARE.

2. REGINA DEL MIO MONDO
dedicated to Paola Ferraro
The songs I write are often born from a lived experience, from a deep feeling, from an invisible seed that, at a certain moment, finds its own time to blossom. This is why I love telling you how they came into being, one by one, because every song holds a small story, an encounter, a revelation.
This song was born in 2022, during a period of my Life in which I was discovering, with ever greater clarity, that I had the gift of singing at a high frequency.
At that time, a great and magical friend of mine, Paola Ferraro, played a precious role in accompanying me as I came to know that World I had felt vibrating within me since I was a child: a subtle, luminous, profoundly true World, which was simply waiting to be recognised, listened to, brought into the light and shared with other Human Beings.
During an encounter woven with play and magic, where the Heart was at the centre together with Presence, Paola spoke of the deep meaning of being Queens of our own Kingdom. Those simple and powerful words planted a little seed within me.
Through my Creativity, that seed began to germinate until it transformed into music. And so this song blossomed: a song I have dedicated especially to her, with gratitude and love, but which I also wish to dedicate to all of us, Human Beings capable of rediscovering our inner royalty — because within each of us lives a Kingdom to inhabit with awareness, beauty and courage. And within each of us there is an invisible crown, simply waiting to be recognised.

The affinity between Elena and me, and the message we wish to share through this musical creation, means that even the songs written entirely by her resonate deeply within me. They make me feel honoured to have taken part in this project and grateful for the sincere, loving and supportive encouragement I have received, always offered with deep respect for who I truly am.
I am still a little amazed that I dared so much, in what feels like such a short time. And all of this is thanks to your trusting spirit, your ever-present smile, and the joy that radiates from you. Truly, thank you, precious ELENA, so dear to my Heart.

3. LA DEA CHE C’È IN ME
For this song, I would like to share with you how its music came into being. Erika, instead, will tell you the story of the lyrics, for they are the fruit of her Heart and her sensitivity.
One day, not long ago, I felt a small melodic sequence emerge within me, accompanied by a single phrase: “The Goddess Within Me”.
There were six notes, flowing one after another with simplicity and ease, joined to six syllables: Do, Re, Mi, Fa, Sol, La... The Goddess Within Me...
From that first fragment, so essential and luminous, the melody began to unfold over the course of a few days. There were no other words, only music — a stream of notes that seemed to be searching for a space in which to take form and become song.
I loved that musical tapestry, so I offered it to Erika: an interweaving of notes upon which she could embroider precious words.
She accepted the invitation.
And the enchantment began.

A title, a melody... and I do not ask myself what to write. I simply allow the sound, the cadence of the notes, to bring words gently to the surface.
It is the infinite and ever-present energy of the Divine that has revealed itself through these simple words, expressed through the ELEMENTS that dwell within the unique and unrepeatable microcosm of the Human Being.
My wish is that this song may rekindle within every individual the awareness of their own Light, allowing those “WINGS” to unfold and carry them into an ever greater and gentler freedom, as they learn to live and embody their inner Gold.

4. SEI CON ME
dedicated to Romina and to her son, Logan
For me, 2025 was an intense year, crossed by great events, deep emotions and experiences that asked to be welcomed, understood and integrated. All of this unquestionably became precious material for my inner growth, finding expression also through my most authentic instrument of communication: Singing.
The most precious event was the journey that led me to become a grandmother. A journey that began the moment my eldest daughter became aware of the spark of Life that had descended within her, and culminated in the first gaze I placed upon that wonderful little divine Being.
In that moment, my Heart learnt to love even more intensely.
And so, during those nine months, inspired by watching my first creature creating her first creature, and also thanks to the suggestion of a dear midwife friend, Barbara Fabiani, who accompanied my daughter with sweetness and wisdom during the first months of her pregnancy, “Sei con me” was born.
I wrote the music and then, as so often happens in our creative flow, I “passed the score” to Erika. She asked me: “What is the theme of this piece?” I chose not to tell her, because I wanted to leave her completely free to express herself, to listen, to feel what would flow from her Heart.
I also wished to explore the power of intention: would Erika “feel” what had accompanied me in the creation of that song?
When I later read her words, my surprise was immense: not only did they reveal my own feelings too, but they also gently embroidered a dialogue between child and mother, perfectly describing the emotions of a young love being born between mother and child, even before they have looked into each other’s eyes.
This song is, from me, a dedication to my daughter Romina and to her son Logan: to Life continuing, to love expanding, and to the wonderful mystery of every soul that chooses to come into the world.

“HERE” is our Heart, the only Space of every Present moment in which we can come into contact with the deepest and, at the same time, most subtle parts of our Being.
It is from heart to heart that this “dialogue” between child and mother unfolds.
Only after the song had been completed in every part, listening to it again and again, did I realise that it holds many keys of resonance, depending on the “shoes” we choose to step into as we receive the meaning of the words. Each person will find their own shoes, if this song resonates with them.

5. REGINA
dedicated to all the Women of the World
“Regina” was born in 2006, the year I became a mother for the first time.
The inspiration came while looking at a beautiful photograph I found online.
In that photograph there was a red rosebud. It was gently turned towards the past and, in that moment, it appeared to me like a flower unaware of its own essence. It seemed not to know that it was a rose: the queen of all flowers.
So I asked myself: if this rose, queen of all flowers, does not know that she is a queen, how will she ever blossom in all her magnificence?
Then I realised that mine was a mental, human way of thinking. Nature, in fact, is perfect exactly as it is. The rose simply becomes a rose, the pine tree becomes a pine tree, the dog becomes a dog, the lizard becomes a lizard. Every creature lives its own essence without doubting it, without betraying it, without turning away from it.
Only we Human Beings have grown accustomed, over time, to becoming something else: something that often separates us from our most authentic, luminous and regal nature.
And so I thought of all of us women. We may already be queens, yet to discover this we must be willing to let go of the past, to stop looking backwards as though our identity were hidden there, and finally choose to blossom in the present moment.
Will we ever make that choice?
And by choosing it, will we finally discover that we are Queens?
